The Ricoh 3504 is a multifunction printer designed for efficient printing, copying, scanning, and faxing. It enables easy file sharing through a variety of scan-to capabilities, allowing users to grab files from the server, cloud, or personal mobile devices and share them anywhere in moments. The device is equipped with a Single Pass Document Feeder (SPDF) that scans two-sided hardcopy documents at an impressive 180 images per minute (ipm).
To ensure fewer printing delays, the Ricoh 3504 can store up to 3,000 files on the integrated document server and has optional trays to extend its paper capacity to 4,700 sheets. It provides impressive print quality with 1200 dpi resolution, reproducing precise colors on documents up to 12″ x 18″ and on thicker stocks (up to 300 gsm). The device also supports the creation of larger poster-size banners without the need for a wide-format printer.
The Ricoh 3504 comes with an optional Fiery® Controller for professional-grade RGB, CMYK, and PANTONE® color reproductions. It features a 10.1″ Wide Super VGA Smart Operation Panel, offering pinch-and-flick, drag-and-drop, and swipe scrolling controls, similar to smartphones and tablets. This enhances usability and productivity.
The device supports customization with one-touch controls on the Smart Operation Panel, allowing users to create shortcuts for regular tasks. Additional workflow apps can be downloaded from the Ricoh Application Site for further functionality. The Ricoh 3504 offers a wide range of automated document finishers for diverse paper handling requirements, including the Hybrid Stapleless + Stapler Finisher for both smaller and larger jobs.
Supporting mobile printing options, the Ricoh 3504 allows users to send print jobs directly from their mobile devices without the need for extra utilities, drivers, or software via the RICOH Smart Device Connector app. The device provides robust printer management and cost control options with user authentication, allowing every user to log on to the device via a personal passcode or billing code. It also supports an optional NFC Card Reader for log-in via proximity cards.
Finally, the Ricoh 3504 boasts an eco-friendly design with a Typical Electricity Consumption of 1.3 kWh/week, thanks to an innovative built-in motion detection sensor. It is ENERGY STAR™ certified and EPEAT® Gold rated, emphasizing its lower environmental impact and commitment to sustainability.
